Wrok pricing, explained in plain language
Wrok is a shift scheduling app with flat pricing: every plan is one monthly price for a team size range, with no per-user fees and no surprise charges. This page lays out every tier, what each unlocks, how the 90-day free trial works, what annual billing saves, and what actually happens if a subscription lapses.
What are the Wrok plans?
There are five tiers. Every paid plan includes everything in the tier below it, and one subscription covers all your workplaces.

Why does flat pricing matter for a shift team?
Most established scheduling tools, including When I Work and Deputy, are typically priced per user: the monthly bill is the per-user rate multiplied by your headcount, so it rises with every hire. That model punishes exactly the businesses that scheduling software is for, because shift-based teams staff up for summer, holidays, and weekends.
A worked example: a team of 10
On Wrok, a team of 10 fits the Starter plan at a flat €14.99 per month. That works out to about €1.50 per person per month, and the price stays €14.99 whether you employ 7 people or 15. Hire two students for the summer and the bill does not move. On a per-user tool, the same team pays the per-user rate ten times over, and every seasonal hire adds another seat to the invoice. We deliberately do not quote competitor numbers here because they change and vary by plan and region, but the structural difference is the point: with per-user pricing your bill scales with headcount, with Wrok it scales in a few large, predictable steps.

How do the free tier and the 90-day trial work?
Every new account starts with a 90-day free trial of paid features, no credit card required. You get the full product while you decide, not a stripped demo. When the trial ends, nothing is charged automatically: teams of up to 6 workers and one workplace simply continue on the free plan forever, which includes automatic schedule generation, shift swaps, time-off tracking, and team messaging.
What happens if a paid subscription lapses?
Your data is not deleted and your team is not locked out. Under Wrok's terms of service, if a subscription expires, the boss and their workers retain read-only access to existing data, but cannot create new schedules or send messages until the subscription is renewed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, and you can cancel anytime.
